These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any products from us. This store is operated by Kvaliteetmüük OÜ, trading as NANO GO LTD, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 14779464, VAT number EE102322149, with its registered office at Rannakaare tee 8, Tammiste küla, Tori vald, Pärnu maakond 85009, Estonia (“NANO GO,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us. Please read Section 7 carefully — it concerns the safe handling of a corrosive product.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Where We Sell
We currently sell and ship only within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States, including to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, unless expressly stated at checkout. Orders placed for delivery outside our published shipping area may be cancelled and refunded.
3. Products, Descriptions and Availability
We work to describe our products accurately, including size, formulation and intended use. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors or other content are error-free, complete or current. Product images are illustrative; packaging and appearance may vary between production batches.
All products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including obvious typographical errors, even after an order has been submitted. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product to you.
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized or resale transaction, a pricing or inventory error, or where we cannot ship to the address provided. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. As of the date above, orders of two bottles or more ship free within the United States; single-bottle orders ship for a flat fee. Current rates always take precedence at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
7. Product Safety and Proper Use
This product is a strongly alkaline degreaser (pH approximately 13). It is classified as corrosive. It causes severe skin burns and eye damage and may cause an allergic skin reaction.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will:
- Read and follow all label directions, warnings and the Safety Data Sheet before use;
- Wear protective gloves and eye or face protection during use;
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets, and store it only in its original container;
- Not use the product on hot surfaces, and not allow it to dry on a surface;
- Test on a small, inconspicuous area first, and not use it on lacquered, oiled, waxed, painted or otherwise treated surfaces, where it may cause permanent damage;
- Not decant, dilute, relabel, mix with other chemicals, or repurpose the product;
- Not resell or redistribute the product without our written authorization.
In case of exposure, seek medical attention immediately. U.S. Poison Control: 1-800-222-1222.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for your intended surface and application, and for damage resulting from misuse, use contrary to label directions, or use on unsuitable surfaces.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because this product is classified as corrosive, it generally cannot be returned through the mail; contact us before attempting to return any product and we will tell you how to proceed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, photographs, video, logos and the NANO GO name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display it in connection with our business. You represent that the submission is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion. We do not offer compensation in exchange for reviews.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulation, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the security of the site, to scrape or harvest data, or to impersonate any person. We may terminate your access for violating this section.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated by us in writing or as required by applicable law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NANO GO and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, as that is the jurisdiction in which the seller is established. The courts of Estonia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere — those rights are unaffected and nothing in these Terms limits them.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Changes take effect when posted. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order. Please review this page periodically.
