All Sales Are Final

All sales of NANO GO Alkaline Degreaser are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, for buyer's remorse, or because the product did not suit your particular surface or application.

Please read this policy in full before you place your order. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

Why Sales Are Final

NANO GO Alkaline Degreaser is a concentrated alkaline formula with a pH of approximately 13. It is classified as a corrosive material. Once a bottle has left our facility we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled, decanted or diluted, so we cannot lawfully or safely resell it or return it to stock.

Corrosive liquids are also restricted or prohibited in ordinary consumer mail and parcel services. Shipping one back without dangerous goods packaging, labelling and documentation is unsafe and may be unlawful. A conventional returns process is therefore not available for this product.

Please Do Not Mail This Product Back

Do not attempt to post or ship this product to us under any circumstances. Parcels sent to us against this instruction will not be accepted, will not be refunded, and may be destroyed by the carrier at your cost.

If you no longer want the product, dispose of it in accordance with your local, state and federal regulations for household chemical waste. Your municipality's household hazardous waste programme is the correct route. Do not pour it into a storm drain, a septic system or the ground.

Before You Buy

Because sales are final, please check the following on the product page before ordering:

  • Surface compatibility. This product is not suitable for lacquered, oiled, waxed, painted or otherwise treated surfaces, where it may cause permanent damage. Always test on a small, hidden area first.
  • Safety requirements. The product causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Gloves and eye protection are required. If you are not comfortable handling a corrosive cleaner, please do not order it.
  • Size and quantity. Each bottle contains 16.9 fl oz. Choose the pack size you need, as orders cannot be amended after dispatch.

If you are unsure whether the product is right for your job, contact us before ordering. We would much rather answer a question first than have you buy something that does not fit your situation.

What We Do Cover

The all sales final rule applies to change of mind. It does not apply where something has gone wrong on our side. We will always put right an order that is:

  • Damaged or leaking on arrival. Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • The wrong item or the wrong pack size. Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Never delivered, or lost by the carrier in transit.
  • Faulty, meaning a genuine manufacturing or formulation defect rather than a performance expectation.

In these cases we will send a free replacement or issue a refund, at your choice, at no cost to you. We will not ask you to return the product.

How to Report a Problem

  1. Email us at info@getnanogo.com with your order number.
  2. Describe what is wrong. For damage, include photographs of the outer carton and the bottle, taken only where it is safe to do so.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days.

If a bottle is leaking, do not handle it without gloves and eye protection. Photograph it in place, isolate the parcel away from children and pets, and contact us for disposal guidance.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and we will cancel and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the all sales final rule applies.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under applicable consumer protection law in your state or country of residence, including any right you may have in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. Those rights apply regardless of the all sales final rule above.
