Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are not currently able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or to U.S. territories, because of the way this product must be handled in transit.
Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and are always shown to you before you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are picked and packed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Delivery Time
Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. All estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, volume or operational issues outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking within [X] business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
How This Product Ships
NANO GO Alkaline Degreaser is a concentrated alkaline formula classified as a corrosive material. It is packed to the standard required for safe carriage and moves by ground transport. This is also why we do not currently offer air, express or overnight shipping, and why we cannot ship outside the contiguous United States.
Bottles are sealed and packed with absorbent material. If your parcel arrives damaged or shows signs of leaking, do not handle it without gloves and eye protection — photograph it where safe to do so and contact us immediately.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your parcel, please allow 48 hours and check with your household and neighbors, as carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right. See our Refund Policy for how this is resolved.
Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.
